Affiliate Commission Agreement

IMPORTANT: This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Beltone Sri Lanka Affiliate member Commission Program.
1. Agreement
This Affiliate Commission Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the date of registration between Beltone Sri Lanka ("Company") and the registering affiliate member ("Affiliate member"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Affiliate member may refer customers to Company in exchange for commission payments.
2. Commission Structure
2.1 Commission Rate: Affiliate member shall receive a commission of 15% to 30% of the net sale price, depending on the product/service category as determined by Company. 2.2 Incentive Enhancements: a) Tiered Commission: Offer higher commission for more referrals in a month: • 5% up to 5 sales • 7% for 6–10 sales • 10% for 11+ sales b) Bonus for Milestones: One-time bonuses for reaching certain total sales or high-value sales. 2.3 Payment Terms: Commissions are paid monthly, by the 15th day of the following month. 2.4 Minimum Payout: No minimum payout threshold applies. 2.5 Payment Method: Payments will be made via Bank Transfer, Cheque, or Cash at Company's discretion.
3. Referrel Process
3.1 Referral Method: Affiliate member must instruct potential customers to mention Affiliate member's name during the purchase process. 3.2 Verification: Company will manually verify each referral against sales records. 3.3 Eligible Sales: Only new customer purchases qualify for commissions. Existing customers do not qualify. 3.4 Exclusions: No commissions will be paid on: a) Refunded or cancelled sales b) Sales where customer fails to mention Affiliate member's name c) Self-referrals (Affiliate member purchasing for themselves)
4. affiliate Member responsibilities
4.1 Professional Conduct: Affiliate member shall conduct themselves professionally and ethically. 4.2 No Misrepresentation: Affiliate member shall not make unauthorized promises, guarantees, or representations about Company's products/services. 4.3 Confidentiality: Affiliate member shall not disclose Company's confidential pricing, strategies, or proprietary information. 4.4 Monthly Reporting: Affiliate member must submit a monthly referral list by the 5th day of each month in the following format: - Customer Full Name - Purchase Date - Product/Service Purchased - Purchase Amount - Method of referral
5. Payment Process
5.1 Submission Deadline: Affiliate member must submit monthly referral list by the 5th of each month. 5.2 Verification Period: Company will verify submissions within 7 business days. 5.3 Payment Schedule: Approved commissions will be paid by the 15th of each month. 5.4 Dispute Period: Affiliate member has 7 days from receipt of commission statement to dispute any discrepancies.
6. Term and Termination
6.1 Term: This Agreement continues until terminated by either party. 6.2 Termination by Company: Company may terminate this Agreement immediately if Affiliate member violates any terms. 6.3 Termination by Affiliate member: Affiliate member may terminate with 30 days written notice. 6.4 Post-Termination: All pending commissions will be paid within 60 days of termination.
7. General provisions
7.1 Independent Contractor: Affiliate member is an independent contractor, not an employee. 7.2 Tax Responsibility: Affiliate member is responsible for all taxes on commission income. 7.3 Modification: Company may modify these terms with 30 days written notice. 7.4 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. 7.5 Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
